Week 22: Pyramid
When practicing Pyramid Pose, my mind desires to stay in the pose longer than other poses. I like the feel of the stretch in my legs.
However, when I am in my morning routine and practicing poses for 1 minute each, I am doing that routine to build self-discipline. It is interesting to be aware of the mind making excuses to stay longer in Pyramid Pose.
Sometimes I stay longer; usually I donβt.
