Aloha. Today, I’m starting a new food series. Every day through the end of the 2026 calendar year, I’m sharing what eating looks like for me in my natural day setting and with a commitment to nourish myself.
I believe eating well is providing the body nutrient-dense food. I believe our physical body, our mental state, and our emotions are greatly influenced by the food we eat.
Throughout the posts, you will experience some of what I eat, where the food comes from, nutrients in the foods, why I make the choices I make, and what I’ve been learning along the way.
Everything you read and see is my raw and authentic self. My words express my truth and genuine intention to care for myself through food.
