Self Love and Basic Needs

I have observed the importance of self love and taking care of my basic needs. I use to believe my value was found in doing for and giving to other people. This belief changed when I realized that after giving and doing for others, I was left by myself and without the resources I had. With love, sadness, and perseverance in my cells, I transformed my actions, thinking, and beliefs. Eating well, sleeping well, and intentionally moving and breathing are 4 basic needs that can increase self love.

I encourage you to pick a basic need you can improve on and make a commitment to yourself to practice more self love.
