Stacy’s 6 Steps to Setting and Achieving Goals

The more I organize myself and have structure when focusing on achieving any goal, the more success I have. Last year, one of my biggest and most challenging goals was to wake-up early. For the first half of the year, I struggled and complained and had excuses for why this and why that. Then, I realized I was either going to be serious and recommit myself to waking up early to do a morning routine, or I was going to fail at what I wanted to do.

I decided to recommit myself to waking up early. I decided on the time of 5 a.m., and I implemented a reward chart I starred every morning I was up by 5 a.m. I am happy to say that my reward chart was filled with stars the second half of the 2025 year.

I don’t know everything about achieving goals. But I do know that what I think, what I feel, and what I do are important for achieving goals.
