Warrior 3
Balance on one leg. Bend at the waist. Flex your free foot and have the rest of your body (heel to head) parallel to the ground. Secure your arms straight by your side with your wrists facing up.
My practice of Warrior 3 has included using a kitchen counter to assist me with balance. But now, Because of creating this video, I am excited to change and practice without the kitchen counter.
Something will change because different input equals different output.
