Week 21: Wide Legged Forward Bend and Garland

Wide Legged Forward Bend and Garland are two of my favorite poses so far. I love the feel in the stretch in the legs in Wide Legged Forward Bend and allowing the top half of the body to be upside down. For Garland pose, I enjoy being in the squatting position normally so the pose feels like a “home base” to me.
