Week 5: Yogi’s Push-Up

Practicing yoga poses is doing more than making my body flexible and strong. I am gaining confidence in my mind and my actions. When making this video, my head was stuffy, the body was achy, and I had not done my morning yoga practice for a week. Yet, with a little online research and rereading what the book said about Yogi’s Push-Up Pose, I confidentially pushed record and made this video. Keeping my commitment, not perfection, is my intention.
